The customer is required to pay a 50% deposit of the order value upon confirmation.
We will begin processing the order (customization and tailoring) as soon as the deposit is received.
The maximum order processing time is one and a half months, and the customer will be notified of any unexpected delays.
The deposit is non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the order after confirmation.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the order has been processed, except in cases of manufacturing defects, such as:
Incorrect sizing that does not match the agreed-upon measurements
Fabric defects or damage
Design that does not match the agreed-upon description or model
In the case of a legitimate issue, free modifications or compensation will be offered, depending on the situation.
